To ensure that your painting arrives in perfect condition, we allow for additional drying time, which may slightly increase the overall processing time. We assure you that the resulting quality of your painting will be well worth the wait. While we strive to replicate your selected artwork as faithfully as possible, please understand that due to the inherent nature of hand-painted art, subtle variations will occur, making each piece unique. Furthermore, please be aware that individual computer monitor settings may cause slight discrepancies in color between the displayed product photo and the actual painting.

About shipping:
All orders are typically dispatched within 2-5 business days following confirmation of payment. If the selected model is currently in stock, it can be shipped within one business day. Your order will be shipped via FedEx or EMS, with shipping fees covered by us.
Typical shipping times range from approximately 3-15 business days, contingent upon the destination and other logistical factors. If you do not receive your parcel within one month, please contact us immediately.
All items will be shipped to the address provided by the buyer. Please carefully verify the accuracy of your address prior to completing your payment. You may also send us a message to request an address change before your parcel is shipped. Once the parcel has been shipped, the address can no longer be modified.
