Why can't I find an amplifier in my device?
If you are unable to locate the amplifier, ensure you have selected mainland China as your region. This device, being a Chinese version, requires this setting for proper detection and connection.
What do the different colors of the indicator light mean?
A solid blue light indicates the amplifier is operating normally and has successfully paired with your Wi-Fi network.
A solid yellow light indicates the amplifier is in the process of starting up. This process is brief, typically lasting around 10 seconds.
A blinking blue light signifies that the amplifier is either waiting to be paired, is currently pairing, or that the pairing process has failed. If the pairing failed, it could be due to a change in your original network's Wi-Fi password or excessive distance from the original network.
A steady red light indicates that the boot process has failed. Please try unplugging and re-plugging the device. If the problem persists, contact after-sales service for assistance.
Why is the amplifier always flashing orange, then the blue light is flashing?
This sequence typically indicates an unsuccessful initial setup. Specifically, after inserting the Xiaomi router USB, the pairing process could not be completed.
Ensure your router is upgraded to the latest development or stable version (2.0 or above).
Verify whether the amplifier has been previously paired. If so, reset the amplifier to its factory settings by holding a card pin in the reset hole for 5 seconds. Then, attempt the pairing process again. A paired amplifier displaying a flashing blue light suggests an issue.
Try unplugging and re-plugging the amplifier, or reset the amplifier (using a pin in the reset hole for 5 seconds) before attempting to pair again.
How do I customize the network name and password of the amplifier?
This feature is not currently supported.
Why can't the amplifier get the signal from the router?
To ensure the amplifier receives a stable signal, it must be connected to the router at close range. Aim for a signal strength of at least two bars or more.
